good story...I didn't like how mya kept second guessing Nate when he told her time after time that he was here for the long haul ...

This audiobook would have been really good if it wasn't using virtual voice. The voice was alright but it just lacked the emotions that would have put it over the top. But all in all it was a good book.

No Emotional Spark

The virtual voice kills the story for me. The story it self is just ok but that voice reading it kills anything else good about the story.

virtual voice is a "NO" for me

Would have been much better if they tied Maya’s deceitful mother in and put pie in her face.

Good love story

Writing style and structure too amateurish. Virtual voice did not help. Use of male as well as female voice would be better.

Mia was exasperating! She kept on and on about the same thing. Ugh! On her part there was a lack of accountability! She slept with him in a classroom! Did he make any promises to her? Or were they just doing adult things? She acted as if he promised her the world! They gave in to a desire and need and as a result pregnancy! I don't understand the making him suffer for something that they both consented to. Why didn't she reach out sooner? Great storyline!

I think I might have enjoyed this more if I had read it first. I found the virtual voice very distracting for a first time hearing of this book. Real and talented voice actors might have earned a higher rating.

Virtual voice lacks correct emotion.
