About this listen

For the last 10 years, he never stayed with a woman longer than it took to screw them. But then she walked in. Back then she was nothing but a little girl, but now she’s all grown up, with curves, and a smile that reminds him of everything he’s spent the last 10 years trying to forget. His attraction to her is instant, and wrong, on so many levels. He’ll do anything he can to stop it, even make her hate him if he has to.

She’s here to study, and he’s the newly appointed dean. He shouldn’t be tempted by a student, especially one who’s 10 years younger. And he definitely shouldn’t be developing feelings for her, but he is. Because as badly as he doesn’t want to admit it, Lily just might be the one person to make him fall in love again.

I loved it!!! 🤍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

at first I was like whoa he falls in love with his dead gf sister?! But then I got over it. There is history between them, so that creates a strong foundation for their love. I loved Sebastian! He was everything😩he loves so fiercely and he really showed his love for lily. So good. And oh poor lily I really felt for her:( I’m glad she got her happy ending 🥹🤍🤍 5/5⭐️ 3/5🌶

so hard to put down till finished...

What do you do when you want someone you can't have? Sure, that makes for a very engaging story but when the woman reminds you of someone you loved and lost....

This book is so beautifully written. There are so many reasons why these two should not be together. He's the dean, she's a student, they are a decade apart, she looks like his beloved....

The narration is just perfect and brings this book to life. Loved it.

Overall, this is a book not to be missed.

Sticky seed!

This story is not how I thought it was going to be. The ending of the previous book was funny, so I thought this book was going to be funnier than it was. I feel sorry for Lily, she’s gone through a lot, doesn’t really have an act for school, and doesn’t have a great support system. But Sebastian helps her a lot and is there to take care of her, he really is like a big papa bear in the series. I loved the spice in this book, especially Lily’s confidence in the bedroom even though she was a virgin. The only complaint I have about the spice in the series is the over use of “sticky seed” haha, it’s starting to get old. Hopefully it’s used led in the next book. Overall, I enjoyed this story and narration, the ending wasn’t my favorite just because I’m not big on the whole get married and have kids thing, but it’s a sweet and happy ending, so that’s something. With all the books so far I feel like the climax happens at the end of the book and it all happens so fast, then the next chapter it’s the epilogue. I wish the authors would have taken more time with the climax and ending, making them more separate. Either way, I would recommend the listen.

Interesting story line

This one picks up right where The Secret left off with Clark and Emerson walking into the Deans office. It was good the complete story didn't change. This one is Sebastian's story. The relationship between Seb and Lilly really was one that was doomed from the beginning, they basically despite the obstacles manage a relationship. At times the story is unrealistic and Lilly just always came across as tragic. However the premise of the story was good enough for me to continue and also Teddy Hamilton as the narrator so there's that juicy tidbit. I love Ava Lucas as a narrator but this one wasn't my favorite narrated book for her...again everything just came across as tragic. All in all good story.

The series is wonderfully written.

I love the author, audiobooks and the voices who tell the stories. I wish only for more.

The Vow

Ok, so I HAD to stop this book half way through…
I could NOT listen to the whispering anymore!!!!!!! UGH!
I LOVE Teddy Hamilton but the female narrator in this book dove me crazy as hell! OMG! Stop the dang whispering’
The narration of. Book makes or breaks the book! I think I would have actually liked this book but I couldn’t stand it any longer!
So unless you can tolerate whispering the ENTIRE book, I’d DEFINITELY PASS!!!!!

DNF...

Didn't like the plot. It was already taboo, so when they get caught in Sebastián office's they try to show some modesty...what??? Then, they continue to have bad ideas after bad ideas. If he was so concerned about his new job as Dean, and her status as a scholarship student, they should've done that sh-t in the privacy of their own space. I get that the author tried to make it interesting with all the bad decisions, just not my cup of tea. I'm also tired of Ava whispering her narration. Not looking forward to this story's predicted HEA.

A Waste of Time

I think out of the four books in the series I’ve read so far this is my least favorite. I am disappointed saying that because I have liked Sebastian since book one, Remmy and Jules’ story. I like the concept of the story, but from the moment she meets him again they are already having sex. There just didn’t seem like there was a plot to the story, but a bunch of things just thrown in to finish the book. The ending was kind of dumb and really “out there”, but so was the ending of Clark and Emerson‘s book.

It was so much profanity that was unnecessary for the story. I will say that both narrators hit it out of the ballpark. They were the ones who kept me listening to such a boring story.
