great bedtime calming book for mindfulness!

I loved the cultural lesson in the book that warmed my heart! The inspiration from these cultures who are happy with so little and the connection that their friends and family have is a pleasure to seek out in my own life. while listening to the book your body becomes relaxed and it's a great mindfulness practice the way that the book is read.

Hard to understand narration

Struggled to understand narrator. It is a good story but didn't really catch our attention.
