Having listened to The Yoga Nidra Sleep Book for Adults, I can attest with confidence it's a sleep game changer for anyone. The audiobook analyzes scientifically how yoga nidra does its magic and makes it easier to grasp the benefits. I've heard of yoga nidra from people but had never practiced it myself and didn't really understand what it was. This audiobook is phenomenal. It shares how exactly yoga nidra works, the extensive research and benefits in the literature, and provides some soundtracks to start practicing as well as important tips for best results. Such a great resource, thank you!
