Almost too relaxed to leave a review

The narration for this book was excellent. The soothing meditations were so calming, so peaceful. This is a great book to help you de-escalate and calm down before bed. WARNING! Do not listen to this book while driving LOL! Kudos, author. You did a great job.

Goodbye TV before bed

I have to admit that I watch TV before bed. I know I shouldn't since I am struggling with getting quality sleep! I am embracing change and so I chose this bedtime alternative. While I am a newbie to this ancient practice, I am adapting to it quickly and I can already see positive changes as I reap the benefits of its profound relaxation effects! I still struggle sometimes with quieting my mind and not focusing on my "to do" list while I am listening to this audiobook so I still have a lot of practice ahead of me! I highly recommend this audiobook!

What a Great Resource!

My phone had become my bedtime enemy. Blue light, endless social media feeds it was keeping me wired long after I put the phone down. This Masterpiece offered a welcome escape, guiding me away from the digital world and towards a restful night's sleep. The narrator's voice was so calming, it practically hypnotized me in the best way possible! This digital detox not only improved my sleep but also allowed me to be more focused and present during my waking hours. :))

A Great Tool

I am new to Yoga Nidra practice and found these meditations to be so helpful. As a caregiver to a parent suffering with Lewy Body Dementia, my sleep patterns are very erratic and I am almost always exhausted. On nights when I can rest well, I am kept awake by worry. After hearing the techniques in this book, I am on a path to critical restful sleep and restoration. Even if you are a good sleeper, this book will help you find the next level of peace and restoration during your sleep hours. I highly recommend this guided meditation!

Effortlessly Drift to Sleep

This book is a wonderful guide to using Yoga Nidra for better sleep. The meditations provided are calming and effective, helping to soothe the mind and nervous system. It’s a great way to unwind and effortlessly drift into a deep, restful sleep. I often listen to sleep music or meditations and this book perfectly incorporates both leaving no gaps as the gaps in meditations sometimes wake me up! The instructions are clear and easy to follow, making it suitable for both beginners and those more experienced in meditation. The narration is well suited and beautifully light hearted. I put the sleep timer on for 40 minutes and press play once I’m in bed and I wake up not remembering falling asleep! If you're looking to improve your sleep quality and would like to fall asleep quicker this book is a fantastic resource!
