What a Great Resource!

Nervous System Focus!
I love this book! This book really helps me fall asleep quickly. The meditations are super calming and make my mind feel so relaxed. I used to have trouble sleeping, but now, having this as a tool is so nice. It's like a magic sleep potion for my brain. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants a good night's sleep and wants to try out meditations for sleep and the nervous system. It's simple, soothing, and works wonders.

Perfect!
It will really ease you and put you in a very calm condition. I've been hearing a lot of things about yoga and with this one, I can definitely say that this is all worth it.

A Great Tool
I am new to Yoga Nidra practice and found these meditations to be so helpful. As a caregiver to a parent suffering with Lewy Body Dementia, my sleep patterns are very erratic and I am almost always exhausted. On nights when I can rest well, I am kept awake by worry. After hearing the techniques in this book, I am on a path to critical restful sleep and restoration. Even if you are a good sleeper, this book will help you find the next level of peace and restoration during your sleep hours. I highly recommend this guided meditation!
