The two fall in love after World War 2, but can their love survive Florida Sundown Towns and lynchings?

Gator Clouds, the most feared man in Florida, and his sister, Regan, set out to erase any history about the Ocoee Massacre or the gator bait scandal. Remy, another survivor of the Ocoee Massacre, grows up to be in direct opposition to the rise of CORE (Congress of Racial Equality). He puts his relationship with Jimothy to the test when he decides to take up arms and fight back in Florida.
