Amazing Book! Extremely well written & powerful

This was an extremely well written book & narration. The author has an uncanny ability to relay some powerful ways of thinking. This book walks you through how to take complete control of your life with your thoughts. This is one of those books that can be listened to again throughout your life as a way to ground yourself and get through life's challenges. Highly recommended, along with all of the books by this author. Which by the way are tons of others that are very well written.

A hard listen

I was a bit confused at first, because not only does the author only speak to and about men, and “what men do” “ a man who does this …” but one of the two mentions of women that I heard was “a woman who nags …” yeah, that’s the primary function of women I guess. I should’ve looked at the published date, 1906. So if you’re a woman, and are too tired to mentally translate “a man” to “a person” and ignore the occasional sexist nonsense comments for the entire listen, as with most things written by white men before 1970, I’d pass on this. There are better more evolved options.
