Overall is ok. I recommend reading the book. He refers to diagrams and I keep shouting this is an audible not a book. Is interesting and now I have to purchase the book or look for videos of The author.

Great book! Loved it
This book was mind blowing to me and I really enjoyed it. Sadly there is no PDF to view the photos / pictures that the Doc continuously refers to.

Great book! would definitely recommend.
Before purchasing the book I read the reviews and the part about the book trying to direct you the website to sell you more stuff was made me hesitant. I eventually bought the book after listening to a few of Dr. Joe Dispenza and I'm happy that I did. It's true that it references the website for additional stuff to buy but the reality is it's necessary! It's not possible to add a guided meditation to an audible book, plus like any other business or person trying to have a better life at the end of the day our time as not free and a lot time and research has been put into everything that is sold separately! So when you get passed that the book has a tremendous amount of information in it for anyone that is willing to put in the work! Don't expect to just listen or read the book and some how you magically start changing. I know a lot of people that have listened to this book and have not done a single one of the meditation or practices that's in the book and they wonder why they are still so unhappy and negative! If you want to change your self listen carefully, there are mind movies on YouTube that you done have to pay for. I bought the guided meditation from the website and it's well worth it. Try to wake up at 4 am and do the hour long meditation after watching the mind movie, try to repeat every night and I promise you you and the people around you will start noticing a difference. So many of my friends have started asking me what changed? Your so much calmer and more relaxed and Happier, you always smiling now, what did you do! and I point them to this book.
So in short great book, but it won't do anything if you don't do the practices.

Love!
Everything is broken down so well in this book. I LOVE the information and the message that goes with it.
Dr. Joe is so easy to listen to. I wish he would read his own books. The reader does a fine job; it's a lot harder for me to stay with it listening to this person than when I'm listening to Dr. Joe himself. He's not monotone, just not as capturing.

Amazing Book Awkward Voice
