About this listen
This is a two book collection
Treasure Hunters- Spanish Gold of the San Martinez
While visiting her 92 year old grandfather in Devon, Kirsten's life changed forever. On the night before his death he asked her to go and get an old box hidden in the wall in his attic. Inside was a long thin gold bar wrapped in a piece of dark brown leather that was also a map.
The gold bar came from the San Martinez that was sunk in 1708 by the British in Colombian waters not too far from the San Jose her sister ship. Both ships were laden with gold and silver and at today's value would be worth between 10 to 14 Billion each.
Kirsten contacts Lawrence also in his nineties and his old diving buddy in Florida but is horrified to find her grandfathers house was ransacked days after his death. She flies to Florida talk to Lawrence but on arrival finds that he has been murdered and the problems really start to escalate. She then tracks down Sammy, Lawrence's old diving partner that told her they had recovered some 826 gold bars and a chest full of gold coins, gems and Jewelry. Having to leave his luxury apartment in Fort Lauderdale, they escape in his Azimut 80 motor yacht but Nikolai Mikhailov a Russian Oligarch had been searching for the map for over 20 years and is now tracking their every move.
Treasure Hunters - Tika's Revenge
After experiencing the same recurring nightmare, Kirsten, Pete and Dennis feel compelled to return to where they recovered the treasure only to find they have been summoned by a group of Haitian Voodoo practitioners. The story continues as Tika's spirit visits them during a voodoo ceremony and they are shown what happened to him and his wife Mina, then are told they must help to lure the Russians back to the island where they will face a horrifying retribution.

Finding and identifying a pirate ship is the hardest thing to do under the sea. But two men—John Chatterton and John Mattera—are willing to risk everything to find the Golden Fleece, the ship of the infamous pirate Joseph Bannister. At large during the Golden Age of Piracy in the seventeenth century, Bannister should have been immortalized in the lore of the sea—his exploits more notorious than Blackbeard’s, more daring than Kidd’s. But his story, and his ship, have been lost to time.

Story
In 1979, Wisconsin native Tim McBride hopped into his Mustang and headed south. He was 21, and his best friend had offered him a job working as a crab fisherman in Chokoloskee Island, a town of fewer than 500 people on Florida's Gulf Coast. Easy of disposition and eager to experience life at its richest, McBride jumped in with both feet. But this wasn't a typical fishing outfit.
