I have a family member and a good friend who both struggle with OCD. I bought this book to help me understand them better, as I am the complete opposite. There were so many aha moments for me, but what was most illuminating was the guilt and shame aspect, which has helped me not only to understand them, but to know how i can better support them both in their struggle with this often debilitating condition.
