This audiobook covered a lot of the struggles I’ve been facing brain fog, hormone changes, low energy and explained them in a way that made sense. I liked that the tips were natural, practical, and focused on small lifestyle changes that can actually make a difference. It also touches on ADHD and gut health, which I didn’t expect but found really helpful. Kate Martin’s narration was warm and easy to follow. Great for any woman wanting to feel more in control of her body and mind.

I had no idea how menopause could pour gasoline on the fire of ADHD. The book lays out the "why" behind the brain fog and exhaustion in a way that just clicked; it felt like I was finally getting a look at the instruction manual for a really complex piece of machinery. Kate Martin's narration is just perfect; she sounds like a compassionate friend walking you through it all, which made it so much easier to absorb. I'd honestly recommend this not just for the women experiencing it, but for any partner who wants to truly understand and support the person they love through this chapter.

I gave this audiobook a try because I felt like my brain was jumping around like a squirrel — one minute I was tired, the next I was moody, and don’t even get me started on the hot flashes. I thought maybe it was just stress… or maybe hormones? I wasn’t sure. This audiobook made me feel seen. It was super relatable, and actually helpful. It talked about how our gut, hormones, and brain are all connected — and the tips were easy to follow. I learned, and I felt so much better after.

Having struggled through menopause years ago, unaware at the time that I’ve had ADHD all my life, I enjoyed seeing the two topics explored together. Shame books like this were not around years ago, or I may have put the pieces together, but I’m glad to see this topic getting the attention it deserve as there are so many women struggling. This book shares a wide range of insights and practical solutions. I especially liked its holistic approach, focussing equally on mind and body, fitness and food. They are all important elements that need to be addressed together, as there is no single solution nor magic pill.
