A bundle that offers great value!
"Understanding Leaky Gut & Hormones for Women" by Dr. Ashley Sullivan does a phenomenal job of connecting the dots between hormonal health and your gut. It covers a lot of ground, but I think people will take away the most from the material on how the brain and gut interact. There's a ton of practical advice here on things like lifestyle, diet, lowering stress, mood-boosting, and staying energized.
I think the best part is how Dr. Sullivan doesn't push medications. She leans into natural medicine and encourages people to adopt a healthy lifestyle from top to bottom. Since this is a bundle, there is a dual focus, but it works very well, since hormonal health and gut health are linked. Dr. Sullivan also covers different periods in a woman's life, like menopause. All in all, I would definitely recommend this audiobook, especially for women. It's got a ton of awesome info and it breaks it down extremely well.

Great book combo
This 2 in 1 audiobook is packed full of useful and interesting information on leaky gut and hormones in women. The first part introduces leaky gut. You learn about specific digestive issues and how to overcome them with easy to follow steps and gives a list of specific foods that are great for your gut. This guide also teaches you about probiotics, which I now know are essential. The second book is all about hormones, which as a women I definitely needed some education on because I am getting into my 40’s and my body is changing once again. So it was great to read about conquering hormonal challenges. It was fascinating to learn about so the different hormones, what they do and what they affect. Also there are interesting sections on menopause and fertility. I Would recommend this audiobook to any women looking to take control of their heath.
