Great book combo
This 2 in 1 audiobook is packed full of useful and interesting information on leaky gut and hormones in women. The first part introduces leaky gut. You learn about specific digestive issues and how to overcome them with easy to follow steps and gives a list of specific foods that are great for your gut. This guide also teaches you about probiotics, which I now know are essential. The second book is all about hormones, which as a women I definitely needed some education on because I am getting into my 40’s and my body is changing once again. So it was great to read about conquering hormonal challenges. It was fascinating to learn about so the different hormones, what they do and what they affect. Also there are interesting sections on menopause and fertility. I Would recommend this audiobook to any women looking to take control of their heath.

Help for gut issues and women's hormonal issues.
I had no idea the impact gut issues could have on overall well-being. This book has a wealth of information on gut issues and how to remedy them. It outlines the digestive system and describes the gut and brain connection. It gives solutions for resolving these issues, including proper nourishment (including herbs) for ingesting and lifestyle choices (like exercise). It also lays out the impact of gut health on your skin and immunity. Finally, the book discusses digestive health through the various stages of one's life. Real-life stories are included as examples.
The Hormones for Women book was very insightful, especially since I'm a man. Even though I am a man, I'm married and have witnessed many of the conditions outlined in this book regarding hormonal imbalance and a woman going through menopause. I believe this book is something every woman could benefit from.

I liked how detailed it is

So many great insights from this combo book
Man we as women have it tough but this book really explains the connections in a woman's body and what we can do to feel great and influence our wellbeing. There was so much in these 2 books that I learnt that was new. I now understand my body more and can't wait to implement some of the suggestions the author suggested. I would recommend this to all women wanting to feel great
