So relaxing..
I love the extra long tracks.
The music helps you stay focused on it and to get out of your head. I have a hard time with meditation so this was a life saver.

Calming but abrupt man’s voice
I bought this to play when I sleep. I have it playing all night. Most of the soundtracks are soothing but then I’m awakened by an abrupt sound of a man and many times, while in a dream state, it startles me. It’s like being awoken by a stranger in my room. It freaks me out. Why would you advertise in the middle of the music??? Why? And why interrupt the calm music with a uncalled for meditation? You know people use this for sleeping and that some are already asleep. I wish they’d take ours the ads and abrupt interruptions.
