Soothing
I experienced a sound bath for the first time recently and went right to Audible as I knew they would have something. This was exactly what I was looking for. The sounds wash over you. You feel it inside you. I listen while I work. It’s good for my coworkers 😁

The eclectic collection of the sound bath.
The collection and different themes from singing bowls to a trickling river makes this a spiritual retreat to listen to again and again.Enjoyed the experience.

The tones work - great work
Yes, the tones/frequencies work. Felt complete relaxation in just a few minutes. Very good for my anxiety and war related PTSD. Thanks to the musicians/creators.

Clanging bells woke me up
It started off with nice, relaxing music.
The clanging bells later were not relaxing and they woke me up.

Terrible!
It’s not something to listen to if you want to relax and meditate! It should be softer and smoother to listen to. I’m certified and sound healing, and this is not some thing that feels very healing at all.
