Cybersecurity not a static problem to solve as the bad actors keep innovating quickly. This is where 'Well Aware' shines: More than a prescriptive check list that would have been outdated before the book's release, George provides a guide to behavioral change that will pass the test of time. If as a leader you can instill the 9 cybersecurity habits in your teams' daily routines, you are building continuous cyberimprovement and can thereby future proof your organization. The book is an easy read or listen, and now one of my favorite business books!

This book serves as a good way to understand cyber security from the non technical perspective where it takes the reader on a journey from a neurological standpoint that is practical for everyone to understand. I really enjoyed a break from all the techie reads on such a technical topic.
