I believe I wrote much the same things about the previous book in this series, "Claws of the Golden Dragon," but that makes them no less true for this entry. Lots of factions involved make things a bit confusing—at least, they did for me—but I really didn't care. With assasinations, dragons, sorcery, martial arts, romance, and humor all jockeying for position as my favorite aspect of the story, who cares about a slightly confusing plot? That just gives me an excuse to read the book again! And by the time I reached the climax, I was aware enough of what had been going on to have no challenge enjoying the heck out of it! So do I recommend this book? Absolutely!

A dizzying plot ... but oh, what a thrill ride!
