About this listen

Are you ready to pursue the rest of your life? Get going with Work Less, Live More. Professionally, you're experiencing the success that years of hard work brings - but the long hours are taking their toll and you're burning out fast. Fortunately, there's an alternative to the grind: Early semi-retirement. Work fewer hours, realize your goals and dreams, spend time with your loved ones - and do it all years, even decades, before the "normal" retirement age of 65.

With Work Less, Live More and a little planning, you can do it. The audio program provides a rational investment system based on Nobel Prize-winning research, a safe lifelong withdrawal plan and sensible spending guidelines. More importantly, the program provides inspiring stories and insights of many successful early semi-retirees, walking proof that meaningful work - rather than full-time work - is both fulfilling and rewarding.

Editorial reviews

Work Less, Live More is a how-to guide for anyone seeking to retire early - or at least stop working so much. Bob Clyatt is the author and the narrator of this audiobook, cheerfully persuading listeners to finally accomplish their long-term financial goals. With a voice like a 1950s salesman - both likeable and trustworthy - Clyatt suggests simple tricks for saving, like emulating depression-era parents and grandparents who knew how to “use things until they wear out”. Although he does emphasize that saving for retirement means being frugal, Clyatt’s jolly tone and familiar references will make financial planning sound not only doable but enjoyable.

I really enjoyed the Real life examples early retirees as well as a discussion of tax implications. I intend to purchase the unabridged book.

Just a summary that continually tells you to read the full book for more info.

Not exactly what I was hoping for but a good listen to kill an hour.

Audio isn't the full book so there wasn't a lot of substance.

Good to kill an hour.

The cover art says “unabridged”, but the audio consistently urges you to buy the unabridged book to learn more about the current topic. Unfortunately I cannot return this because I purchased it directly, rather than using a credit.

I’m very sad I bought this and it costed me a credit. Will have to do my due diligence next time. Why is only a small portion of this even available…

Not the “full book”

Basically if you have anywhere from 200k to a million bucks you can retire early......REALLY!

not good

This book just tells you how to become poor and broke in old age. Don't buy it...

I was led to believe by the Amazon listing and the cover image above that this was the book. It is not the book, abridged or otherwise. It is an hour long talk by the author. While I found it interesting, I am asking for a refund and feel that the title and description needs to be changed.

BEWARE, THIS "UNABRIDGED" OFFERING IS NOT THE BOOK
