About this listen

The Demon King crossed over to our world looking for something that was stolen from him. What he found was me.

It used to be that the president was the most powerful person in the country. That all changed when Wrath came to our world. He’s more powerful than anything we’ve ever faced.

Now there are websites dedicated to worshipping him. Countless internet memes about how ridiculously gorgeous he is. And yeah, I can admit he’s fine as hell. But he’s a villain to end all villains. There’s no way I’m falling prey to that.

That is until I accidentally cross paths with the Demon King and he demands I kneel at his feet. For a second, I almost do. Being around him is...consuming. But dying is better than surrendering, and I refuse.

Except when Wrath turns his dark, dangerous power on me...it doesn’t work. And now the villain is looking at me like I’m the enemy.

I manage to get away, but word quickly spreads--I’m somehow immune to the Demon King.

Now Wrath is hell-bent on destroying me, and those who want to destroy him are hell-bent on using me.

I’m no heroine. And I’m certainly no villain. But if I’m going to survive, I have to play the game. If the Demon King wants a fight, he’s going to get one. If only I could stop falling into his bed long enough to destroy him.

Wrath & Reign is a villain enemies-to-lovers paranormal romance trilogy. You can expect lots of tension, action, twists, and hate kissing, and a villain you love to love. Please check the author's website for TWs.

Amazing

This is one of those series that you can’t put down until it is done. So good. I wish there was more!

Painful Male Voices

The worst part about this book was the voice actress. She was good when she was reading her character but anytime she did a voice of a guy it reminded me of " I man. I man have muscles. Me Hulk me smash" So it was really hard to get this into the story because of it. storyline was cute predictable but cute. Spice level is about a 4.

Can't please them all ☺️

The narration was a little flat, but I really enjoyed this series! I love fast burn stories, so the events that unfolded were so much fun!

Not bad

It wasn't the best book I've ever listened to but it was pretty decent. The narrator was awesome as always!

Wrath & Reign

Okay this series is so good. I loved every bit of it. I have to admit I was mad at Wrath for a bit and then mad at Reign for what she did too. but I understand where she was coming from. but the ending was so good. Briget Bordeaux did an amazing job bringing this book to life.

Love the story, hate the performance

The way this narrator speaks in a masculine voice is like a child mimicking an adult. I don’t think I mind her narration of the main character though. I was actually excited for that part.

I love this author and these books and they’re so good I read them twice.

Great story

The female narrator should stick to female characters. Her male voices were awful. Read it instead.

Disappointing story and narration

The narrator’s male voices were SO awful, it pulled me out of the story with irritation every. Single. Time. I’m shocked she got the job for all 3 books.

That said, the story could’ve been so much better. She missed so many opportunities for better character development and the connection btwn both MCs.
I read this because I ADORED the Lost Boys series, but this was so different (and bad)? I’m shocked it’s the same author.
Overall, it’ll be a completely forgettable series.

Love the story line

Story was great, female narrator ok, however, she does an absolute terrible job trying to do male voices. Like, absolutely terrible.

voices

loved the series...just wish it was read by a male part as well. The female narrator just didn't portray the male parts well
