After discovering that her partner who she lived with had a porn and sex addiction and was living a secret second life, Mandy has been on a mission to help raise awareness about porn’s harms and to empower women navigating betrayal trauma. She is certified as a Women’s Empowerment Life Coach, Advanced Trauma Relationships Coach, Trauma-informed Somatics Breathwork Facilitator, and Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher.
