What does it mean to be consecrated to God? Pastor Steve shows us how Peter learned the meaning of consecration from Jesus - making Him Lord, loving Him, and Peter's experiences both of Christ’s call and His renewal. How do we respond to Jesus? We can follow Him at a distance, with Him in the rear-view mirror, or keep Him front and centre. If we are drifting, we can be encouraged that “Wherever you are as a follower of Jesus there is a way back,” and that when we draw near to the Father He will draw near to us. Join Pastor Steve as ee pray in response: “Wherever you lead, I will go. Whatever the cost, I’m wholly yours. I consecrate my life to you.”

In this world of war, cost of living and climate crises, political instability and a host of other challenges, where do we find hope? What gifts are you thinking of giving this Christmas? Well God had an eternity to think about how he would give us the gift go His Son Jesus! Andrew Onobrakpeya shares how grace and truth wrap around God’s plan through history to restore our broken relationship with Him. The cross allows our relationship with God to be restored. Andrew explains that the presence of God isn’t confined to a place or time, but now lives within all his followers in the person of the Holy Spirit. Grace empowers us to live godly lives - the truth of this is the basis of the victorious lives we can now live. We say Amen with Andrew that: “We can’t thank God enough for giving us the gift of Jesus Christ.”
