    I hit up both angles when you don’t have it and when you do! Buyers today are making the calls to dealers and asking the questions like, “What’s your market adjustment? How much is it? What do I get for that?”

    Know what you are going to say in your reply. Be friendly and empathic in your words and tone. We are all dealing with inflation and it sucks. No one is happy about it. And we have to explain a bit more so we get buyers on board!
