    Salmonella causes serious and sometimes fatal gastrointestinal and systemic infections, especially in young children, the elderly, and individuals with weakened immune systems. Symptoms include fever, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain, and in rare cases, more severe complications. Affected is lot number XJ17 with the expiration date EXP20260417.


    These recalled fungus slices were sold in retail stores and supermarkets in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
