Episodes
  • Raquel: The Needle in My Mind
    Feb 26 2023

What belief about the self have you held onto that has created black and white thinking? This dream helps unpack how to dislodge the needlse in our mind. When we have let systems tamper with our true selves we lie to ourselves about who we are. Lying to ourselves about who we are and what we believe creates anxiety and causes distress. This is the last dream in Season One of the Podcast.

  • Chloe: The Violent Intruder; Being Beside Yourself
    Feb 18 2023

In this wonderful episode we hear one nightmare and another recurrent nightmare. These 2 dreams hold hands with each other in several different ways. It is vital to know how to quiet the meanness we can express to ourselves. Without that muscle we can find ourselves, in our dreams, not to BE ourselves at all.  And of course that is scary, terrifying. But our dreams don't show us only what we are doing, they show us what we are missing. Follow along and listen for it.

  • James: Lost in Space, the Self looks for the self.
    Feb 11 2023

In this episode we are in the non-verbal space.  Injuries from infancy are portrayed in dreams in spaces with no walls, no edges and no words. Its fascinating because infants have no words and can not experience space. But infants are all feelings and perception and in this dream we are deeply in this place. Our dreamer was adopted and has done a lot of work on his trauma around his abandonment. This dream, now over 20 years old, offers a key to his healing. This key is universal. Please, dear listeners, try on the insights from this dream and the feeling space as well.
