She is the CEO of HumanTec, a business, organizational and human development firm that delivers deep expertise, objective insights and a tailored approach to helping leaders and decision-makers face the rapidly changing high-tech future with confidence.

She is also the Director of One Island Institute which has the mission of creating the will, the way, and the tools and mechanisms to bring the best ideas and capacities together, forming a consciously-connected network of cohesive and collaborative communities. She serves as a Special Projects Consultant to the United Nations and Sr. Advisor to the Metaverse Fashion Council, Global Urban Innovation Exchange and World Digital Weeks.

Kimberly was named in Top 100 Women of the Future 2023; she is an author, media producer, international speaker, and the honored recipient of the Eleanor Roosevelt Global Humanitarian Award.

A global champion for DEI and women and girls, Kimberly serves as Advisor to the International Women's Think Tank and an NGO Representative to the UN Commission on Women. She is the Co-Founder of WIESD - Women in Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Sustainable Development - a startup accelerator launched in Sweden and the US, and Founding Partner of The Women's World Conference Alliance.
