Oscar teaches and advises online graduate students in the Social Justice and Community Organizing (SJCO) M.A. program. Before working at Prescott College, Oscar was a high school social studies teacher and environmental literacy coach. He taught courses in government, Ethnic studies, and urban agriculture. His teaching practices are informed by critical pedagogy, Ethnic studies, social justice education, and participatory action research.
