My guest today is Goral Trivedi from Texas. Goral is a former R&D Scientist for the Pharmaceutical Industry, where she helped bring drugs to market. Currently, she is a student of Ayurveda, driven by a personal shift towards a more natural approach to health for herself and her family, moving away from reliance on pharmaceuticals or over-the-counter drugs for everyday health concerns.

Goral envisions integrating Ayurvedic principles to address the mental health issues in children exacerbated by the overuse of technology and to support the elderly, who increasingly depend on a “cocktail of pharmaceuticals” to maintain their health. She believes in the potential of Ayurveda to provide natural, holistic solutions to these growing concerns.
