Avanthi faced significant challenges after suffering a traumatic brain injury in an automobile accident, which led her to lose everything she had known. Despite these hardships, her lifelong interest in natural healing and her Indian heritage drew her to Ayurveda. Enrolling in the MS Maharishi Ayurveda & Integrative Medicine program at Maharishi International University, Avanthi has transformed her personal and professional life through her studies and is now in her final semester.
