    One big conviction on my radar is being intentional with the time I have with my kiddos. I knew I had to figure out a way to break the stronghold of my social media addiction, and start showing my children I loved them rather than just saying it.

    Today, I will share with you three simple steps I incorporated to help minimize the amount of time I spent on a screen so I can be more present with my family.
