  • Today’s episode is an introduction to BariAftercare, the podcast itself as well as the comprehensive BariAftercare program. BariAftercare is a program developed specifically to provide education, insights and healthy coping skills for addressing the emotional and psychological aspects of living a healthy post-op life. Components of BariAftercare include two live videos each week (which can be listened to as audio or viewed on video), worksheets to accompany each video, encouraging daily text messages, BariYoga classes on YouTube, and discounts on Dr. Stapleton’s online educational courses. A great program to prevent and deal with regain, BariAftercare is a unique and critical element of the bariatric journey.

Bariatric Overview

This is a good overview of Dr. Stapleton’s bariatric program… we can’t forget the mental and spiritual side of this lifelong journey! If you’ve read her books, you’ll understand why I’m excited to have found this podcast!
