    This week, Mark welcomes guest co-host Lisa Jones. Lisa and Mark are joined by Dee C. Marshall, CEO and Managing Partner of Diverse and Engaged. In this important episode Dee explains that we are experiencing what she calls “DEI 4.0” and tells us what’s going on with DEI globally.

    Lisa asks if organizations rushed to implement DEI and what’s the reason for the recent change in direction. They discuss American privilege and if American culture really cares about the well-being of its people.
