autophagy

Don't understand how autophagy could target a particular condition... such as toenail fungus. It seems using autophagy for foot fungus is more of a shotgun approach...
Hoping autophagy eventually gets around to clearing out the foot fungus within... will let you know how it works out for me...
Currently two weeks into IF (3:21) schedule..
