I love Mel. She helped me lose 100lbs, get a great job and be motivated with the 5 sec rule. Then Covid hit and everything changed. I changed jobs and really have no goals to achieve. I love my life but need to get back to working out so I feel confident and proud. Looking at more inspiration to find a new goal so I get back my body and mind. Now to find a new goal. I have no doubt Mel will get me back on track!

Love this, i re-listen every six months. It’s probably not a good listen for adults who have their life figured out, but if you’re not sure about how life works I love this book
