Cathy and Troy break down Trump's complete collapse since the ascension of Kamala Harris to Democratic nominee. Trump's handlers have officially lost control as they beg him to stay on message. Trump gives bizarre press conferences, racist conspiracy-laden rallies, and most recently a disastrous appearance on Twitter Spaces with Elon Musk, where Trump slurred his words for over an hour.

Did he lose his dentures? Or is the once future American dictator in the middle of a complete free-fall of physical and mental health?

Meanwhile Kamala Harris and Tim Walz draw massive crowds and bring enthusiasm not seen since another historic presidential candidacy in 2008.

And we are joined by Paul Cox, a union leader from central Florida, to talk Florida politics, the realities of being a unionized worker in a "right-to-work" state, the progressive pro-union politics of Harris and Walz, and how unions are on the front lines mobilizing to stop the ultimate billionaire stooge, anti-worker scab Donald Trump from returning to the White House.

Cathy and Troy discuss the dark horse pick of Minnesota Governor Tim Walz to be Kamala Harris' running mate. As usual, Cathy called it. Walz is a midwestern governor so charming he even got AOC and Joe Manchin to agree he was a great pick.

Progressive on policy, Walz was the first governor to codify abortion rights after the fall of Roe. He instituted a free school lunch program in Minnesota, along with paid family leave, capped insulin costs, and expanded backround checks and red flag laws for guns sales. As a congressman, he even donated everything he received from the NRA to charity after the Parkland school shooting.

The ticket is set. Trump needs to be shitting his pants...oh wait.

Plus we discuss the other contenders including popular Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro who was the favorite, and why at the end of the day Walz was the best option.

Meanwhile Trump tells a room full of black people that Kamala Harris isn't black.
