  • Live Coaching session number 2 with Kim today, wow! We created some amazing steps that she can take today to build healthier, consistent habits in her day. We must be intentional with our time if we're going to live and love and move and serve as God has called us to.

    Today we talked about Sabbath, being present with our families and making food prep time a family affair! Spending time with our kids and teaching them the importance of quality time, especially in the kitchen is a gift that passes down generations. You will never regret messes made in the kitchen with your kids.

    We get to set the example, we get to try new tactics, we get to reframe our thoughts around who God says we are and not the ads on our phone. Do you need to move your social apps, unfollow people or accounts who steal your peace? It is up to YOU to make the hard choices, pray for courage and strength and watch how God leads you through!
