All the hallmarks of a great podcast...

The Theme: Guests are brought in to share not just the monumental challenges they overcame, but the achievements they accomplished as a result.

The Guests: Just about every walk of life is represented, and by being a regular listener, you can find all the similarities in the stories. You can even easily track on what really matters and common themes.

The Host: Mike is a friendly and engaging host. He asks many of the questions you hoped he'd ask, and a few you didn't know you wanted to hear answers for.
