    On today's edition of the Locked On FLORIDA Panthers Podcast, Armando Velez(@Mandoman12) brought in Nich Fairbanks(@Prudentia0) to break down the Panthers 3-0 win over the Columbus Blue Jackets, in a full 60-minute dominant effort where it felt the puck was in the Blue Jackets zone all night. The Panthers put on a forechecking clinic and had Elvis Merzlikins under siege. Although none of the Panthers goals were not at 5-on-5, the even strength play was what set the tone. Mackie Samoskevich lit the lamp again, where he now has four goals in his last seven games, Barkov got three points on the night (1,2), and Sam Reinhart adds another goal on the power play, which now puts him at fifth in Florida Panthers History in goals at 153, passing Pavel Bure. The guys give their three stars of the night, moment where they knew the game was won. The Panthers kept themselves busy on a gameday with less than 48 hours until the trade deadline, where they made three roster moves, in trading for F Nico Sturm and a 2027 seventh round pick in exchange for a 2026 Fourth Round Pick. The Panthers now have their fourth line center who can take key draws, especially on the penalty kill.
