    On today's edition of the Locked On FLORIDA Panthers Podcast, Armando Velez(@Mandoman12) brought in Nich Fairbanks(@Prudentia0) to break down the Panthers' 3-2 win over the Toronto Maple Leafs. Toronto took the lead in the first two minutes, but the Panthers remained in control in a game that put the Panthers well in control of the Atlantic Division lead. Sam Bennett got on the scoresheet twice on the power play, with Mackie Samoskevich getting on assist on both of them. AJ Greer was also a force after winning a puck battle and assisting to Niko Mikkola for the go-ahead goal at the time to make it 2-1. Although the Panthers had a two-goal lead heading into the third and the Leafs cut it to one after a poor line change, Florida didn't make the same mistakes that they made on Tuesday night in Boston. The two give their three stars of the game, when they knew the game was won, and discuss the upcoming weekend back-to-back in Montreal and on Long Island.     On today's edition of the Locked On FLORIDA Panthers Podcast, Armando Velez(@Mandoman12) brought in Jacob Winans(@JacobWinans8) for another edition of Winans Wednesday. The two break down the Panthers' 3-2 loss against the Boston Bruins from TD Garden, where the Panthers never truly took the game over, but showed signs of progress on the power play, converting on the 5-on-3. The Panthers have been the more disciplined team over their six game winning streak, but that wasn't the case on Tuesday night. Although Boston took the lead with less than four minutes left, the Panthers had a chance to send the game to overtime, including a chance in which the referee's might have blown the whistle a bit too early. Florida came up with zero points on the evening, and without Aaron Ekblad and Matthew Tkachuk, now there's a bit of adversity with Toronto just being two points back of the Panthers as the two will meet on Thursday night. The Panthers put on a forechecking clinic and had Elvis Merzlikins under siege. Although none of the Panthers goals were not at 5-on-5, the even strength play was what set the tone. Mackie Samoskevich lit the lamp again, where he now has four goals in his last seven games, Barkov got three points on the night (1,2), and Sam Reinhart adds another goal on the power play, which now puts him at fifth in Florida Panthers History in goals at 153, passing Pavel Bure. The guys give their three stars of the night, moment where they knew the game was won. The Panthers kept themselves busy on a gameday with less than 48 hours until the trade deadline, where they made three roster moves, in trading for F Nico Sturm and a 2027 seventh round pick in exchange for a 2026 Fourth Round Pick. The Panthers now have their fourth line center who can take key draws, especially on the penalty kill.
