Revving up at 68

Loved the simplicity, encouragement, & importance of starting at any age! I’m 68 & an avid Pilates & Yoga practitioner. You’re the best!!!
You just encouraged me to tackle the aerobic & weight lifting angle again. My husband has Parkinson’s & is fighting exercise. I’m truly motivated to keep kicking his butt! ❤️❤️❤️

loved the emphasis on flexibility and mobility. good information on lifting heavy for small reps. going to work on push ups!
