I needed this

I skipped ahead for this one because I really needed it. And boy did it help. I had almost canceled on a friend because I was afraid they didn’t like me as much as I liked them. I was afraid their life was a party and I was just boring, a chore for them. Yes, I really needed this podcast. I was telling myself 2 of the 5 lies, right there. Thanks for the help Mel. I even shared this with another person I thought might benefit from it.

Every time I listen to Mel I seriously feel her heart. Out of every coach, self help leader, or anyone else in this industry, Mel Robins is 1000000% the best of the best. She always breaks things down, even with the professionals, to make it so real for even the lowest of lows. She not only give tips and insight, but a detailed outline of the who what when where and why too. I love you Mel, thank you ❤️

Thank you so much Mel

This helped so much. I do not, as of right now, have a big vision/goal for myself. I use to make a list the night before if goals I had for the following day, til someone said I wasn’t thinking big. Til that moment, I was doing most if not all of them. It popped my balloon that I stopped and don’t do that nor have a big goal. It was like the vision board, was told big goals. I don’t have any other than getting thru Christmas with our store as I work on getting it restocked right now as we just brought a trailer load home. Yes I’m listening to you on pod casts and audible as I’m doing so. Now to get going on setting my small goals again. Thank you for telling me I was working on the big goal, tho I may not know it or realize it at this time. Sending you much love and so glad to hear your voice after hearing how ill you sounded last time 💜💜🙏🙏💜💜👐👐💜💜
