    I’m Bethanne Wellness Weiss, a fitness, nutrition, and behavior-change pro, author, and motivational speaker who has helped a gazillion peops (including myself!) go from OY to JOY. And trust me, I GET IT. I’ve battled chronic pain, dizziness, fatigue, caregiver burnout, an eating disorder and feet that belong on a chicken (true story.) I know firsthand—OY is inevitable, but JOY is a choice. And I’m here to help you choose JOY!

    We’ll cover everything from your posture to your peeps, your hands and feet to your beliefs, and your eats to your weak cheeks (yes, THOSE cheeks.) Together, we’ll kick OY upside its ugly assets and reclaim your JOY!
