Robert Lee Yates lived a seemingly normal life. As a father of five children and an army veteran, Robert Lee Yates, was well respected in Spokane, Washington. But that all changed after he went on a murder spree between the years of 1975 and 1998, killing 17 women in the back of his Ford van.
