Great start!

It IS really hard to get things started with ADHD. Thank you for creating this podcast. I look forward to hearing more, and learning better strategies. I really appreciated the first episode discussing frankly, that not all strategies are for everyone. It means a lot to hear someone say it’s the strategy, not you. Especially after hearing, it’s you for most of your life.
I don’t know that I’m ready to call it a superpower, maybe super power adjacent, I do think there are ways it benefits me. Thank you for pointing out that there are advantages as well. Xo
