    In this episode I have invited ⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠a fellow cyster , Punarnavi bhupalam. Punarnavi originally from Hyderabad, currently residing in America is a theatre artist. Her career began at the age of 17, and over the past decade she has been been actively involved in theatre plays and Telugu feature films. Diagnosed with PCOS in her late teens, she is dedicated to raising awareness about this condition, stressing the importance of mental and psychological well-being, and advocating for women's health . In this episode we have a very candid conversation about recognising pcos symptoms and managing mental health , a very under-spoken aspect of PCOS.
