    Aug 29 2024

Nick shares his unique transition from HR to house painting and then into coaching, emphasizing the importance of leveraging one’s expertise to help others navigate change. Linda recounts her fascinating shift from being a family law attorney to a divorce coach, providing an insightful perspective on the underappreciated value of coaching.

Throughout the episode, Nick and Linda discuss the nuances of coaching, explaining how it differs from traditional therapy and the vital roles coaches play in guiding individuals through significant life changes. They touch upon various aspects of coaching, including the importance of having a mentor and the unique experiences that coaching offers. • The Role of Mentors: Having mentors or confidants during times of change is invaluable, as they offer support and advice without judgment.

    • Adaptability in Change: Both hosts highlight the importance of being adaptable when change occurs, whether it is self-initiated or imposed by external circumstances.
