Saying something, not being silent, when in the face of defending the truth is crucial! These moments come in all different shapes & sizes - sometimes they pop up in one-on-one conversations with family or friends, other times they are large, public displays you can involve yourself in. Regardless of their magnitude, they all feel big & are a big deal. The more confidently, & with poise, we put ourselves out there to defend the truth, the better off the world will be.

Pregnancy, birth & motherhood, especially experiencing them for the first time, are all super intimidating! There’s so much about each one to learn & understand. They can be overwhelming, to say the least. There is a lot of noise in the form of questions, doubts & fears that arise around these subjects - What if I miscarry? What about chromosomal abnormalities? How on earth do I get a baby out of me!? No seriously, how bad will that hurt? What if I’m not a good mother? What if being a mom doesn’t come naturally to me? We are no strangers to the fears you are likely having about these stages in life. We get it & we want you to know that you are not alone.

There’s so much noise around men - most of it to the tune of they are dumb incompetent slobs or “full of themselves” selfish kids in an adult body (& many other terrible sentiments in between). They are discredited & beaten down, for what? Today’s episode is our attempt at turning the tides, focusing on all the incredible attributes we love about our men! It is crucial for us to understand & accept that men & women are different, & that this is a GOOD thing! The more we can focus on the positives & encourage men to be men, the better our world will be!
