Richard Rosario was convicted of murdering Jorge Collazo in 1996 in the Bronx. Rosario was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison. But Rosario claims he didn't do it. Not only that, he says he was actually in Florida at the time of the murder. And he has 13 witnesses that could testify on his behalf. What happened?
