Alessia is an ICF approved executive & team coach. She is a certified Scrum Master and Agile Leader with 15 years of experience in People’s and Operations Management in the localization industry. Alessia owns and drives the localization strategy across 30 countries at the Ingka Group within IKEA supporting and enabling our +30 markets as a global group function.

Luciana Vecchi
Luciana has over 20 years’ experience of building, leading, and transforming global cross-functional teams to accelerate growth at medium and large technology companies such as Specialized Bicycles, Adobe Systems, NetApp, Pure Storage, and now, AWS. With a background in Economics and International Business, Luciana has successfully transitioned between different industries and leadership roles.
