• Did I Remember to Do That?
    Jun 6 2025

Ever left your home or place of business only to arrive at your destination and suddenly wonder, "Did I Remember to Do That?" Most of us have forgotten something important at some time. We almost always regret it, and hopefully, we learn from it. But ! That's a big word, "BUT". What if someone who should be responsible for "Doing That" fails to Do That, but you were the last one to see it or have the opportunity to double-check it? Who catches the heat? We do! Here's my story of something I was never told about, but I am so glad that I just so happened to ask that question, "Did I Remember to Do That?" before I left for my next destination.

  • Setting Your Mindset to Gratitude Mode
    May 30 2025

Some people learn this early on, while others, including me, learn it much later. Even though I learned this behavior much later than many others, I am glad that I found it and started doing it. What am I talking about? Putting your gratitude into journaling. Developing the right mindset for you should include a written record of your expressions of gratitude, appreciation, and thankfulness. I agree with all of you that there is more to it than just that, but if you are ready to journal, starting with gratefulness is a "GREAT" full way to get going.

  • What Gets Us Stuck?
    May 2 2025

Being stuck is not a crime. It's not a sign of weakness. Being stuck happens, and we must find a way to shift out of our "Stuckness." Like you, I have been stuck many times. Most of those moments were because of the choices I made. If we are honest, 20/20 hindsight will prove that if we knew then what we know now, we would have tried to avoid most of those choices. In episode 40 of "RESOLVE to Live Forward," we will begin the process of self-examination and identify what causes us to get stuck. Thanks for listening.

  • Setting Ourselves Up for the Best Outcomes
    Apr 18 2025

Jim Rohn said, "We are the average of the five people we spend the most time with." Please consider that we have five senses. Do we try to govern what we allow those senses to spend the most time with? Would it be correct to say that we are the "SUM" of what we allow our five senses to be most often exposed to? What if I told you that we are the average of what we allow ourselves to be "exposed" to the most often? This should cause us to realize that we are the sum of the things we allow ourselves to be stimulated by each day of our lives. We must be accountable. We must stop blaming others and take control of our choices.
