  • Self-Love and Body Image: Releasing Judgments and Embracing Wholeness
    Dec 16 2024

Send one way text to Rev Rachel

In this heartfelt episode Rev. Rachel Harrison dives deep into the complexities of body image, weight, and self-love. Drawing from her personal experiences with food insecurity and eating disorders, Rachel shares her journey of learning to embrace her body with compassion and release old beliefs rooted in fear and judgment.

Through the lens of Soul Recovery, Rachel invites listeners to explore their own stories around body image and to step into a place of empowerment, where choices about health and well-being come from love rather than external pressures or expectations. She emphasizes the importance of releasing shame, embracing our true selves, and finding joy and freedom in our bodies, exactly as they are.

As we head into the holiday season—a time often filled with food, family, and societal pressures—Rachel offers gentle encouragement to approach ourselves with grace and compassion. This episode is a reminder that self-love is not about perfection; it’s about honoring our wholeness and making choices that align with our true selves.

  • They Are Responsible for Their Own Well-Being: Breaking Free from Codependency Patterns with Soul Recovery
    Dec 9 2024

Send one way text to Rev Rachel

In this episode of the Recover Your Soul Podcast, we dive deep into a transformational truth: You are responsible for your own well-being.... and discomfort- and so are they. Breaking free from the patterns of codependence and people-pleasing is not about abandoning the people you love but about reclaiming your power, your peace, and your freedom.

We explore the profound shift that happens when you stop trying to fix, change, or control others and instead turn your attention inward—healing yourself from the inside out. Through personal reflections, including my own challenges and insights in relationships, I share how Soul Recovery helps us let go of the illusion of control and step into a life of authentic connection and inner peace.

This episode is an invitation to embrace your spiritual journey and find the courage to trust that others are responsible for their own well-being and discomfort, just as you are responsible for yours. It's not always easy, but when you focus on your own growth, healing, and wholeness, you create ripple effects that transform not only your life but the lives of those around you.

  • Reclaiming Your Voice: Soul Recovery Solutions to Gaslighting and Manipulation
    Dec 2 2024

Send one way text to Rev Rachel

In this episode of the Recover Your Soul Podcast, we’re diving deep into the topic of gaslighting—a term often used but not always fully understood. Gaslighting is a form of psychological manipulation that causes us to question our reality, memories, and perceptions. But here’s the truth: the more we cultivate awareness and strengthen our connection to our authentic selves, the less power anyone has to manipulate or diminish us.

Join me as we explore what gaslighting is, how to recognize it in your relationships, and most importantly, how to reclaim your voice and stand in your truth. Through the lens of Soul Recovery, we’ll uncover the tools to detach with love, set healthy boundaries, and transform dysfunctional communication into opportunities for growth and empowerment.

This episode isn’t about blame or judgment—it’s about awareness, compassion, and stepping into our full power. You’ll learn how to take your energy back, focus on your own healing, and create a force field of wholeness that protects you from negativity and manipulation. Together, we’ll discover that the journey to reclaiming your voice starts with aligning with your Highest Self.

Remember, you’re not powerless. By shifting how we show up in our relationships, we can transform the dynamics around us. Let’s continue to recover our souls, one step at a time.
