Story telling is relatable

I love listening to this program, I’m sad they dont post as often but I understand life kinda changed and they got busy. I learned so much from this podcast, it changed how I view things when life happens, not every time but more often than not I stop and think am I creating my own suffering by believing things shouldn’t be this way? Is there a level of expectation I have with the outcome? Why? .. I love all the analogies given super easy to understand and apply.

Thank you
